Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.3. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).Preferred Qualifications1.Experience developing executive dashboards, business intelligence solutions, performance scorecards, and enterprise reporting capabilities.2. Demonstrated ability to translate large, complex data sets into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and executive-level narratives that influence decision-making.3. Advanced experience with data analytics, business intelligence, visualization, reporting, and performance management platforms.4. Strong understanding of operational, workforce, financial, portfolio, and strategic performance measurement methodologies and key performance indicators.5. Experience designing automated reporting solutions, data pipelines, and analytics capabilities that improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and access to decision-support information.6. Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and generative AI solutions, including the ability to identify practical business applications that improve insight generation and operational effectiveness.7. Experience identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and reduce administrative effort through technology-enabled solutions.8. Understanding of data governance, data quality standards, reporting controls, and responsible use of data and AI in decision-making environments.9. Demonstrated ability to leverage predictive analytics and trend analysis to identify emerging risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and future business outcomes.10. Ability to partner effectively with business leaders, technology teams, and data practitioners to define analytical requirements, improve data accessibility, and drive organizational performance through actionable insights.11.
