Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.3. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).Preferred Qualifications1.Experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or complex organizations through strategic planning, business management, consulting, operations, or chief of staff-related functions.2. Experience developing executive communications, board or leadership materials, strategic presentations, and decision-support content.4. Experience facilitating leadership meetings, governance forums, strategic reviews, and executive operating rhythms.6. Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear recommendations, strategic insights, and actionable next steps.7. Technologically fluent with the ability to understand and translate technology concepts, delivery models, and organizational impacts for senior leaders.8. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, drive accountability, and improve organizational execution without direct authority.9.
