Job Title: Senior Product Designer
Location: Denver, CO (Remote)
Contract Duration: 3.5 months with possible extension
Pay Range: $80.00/hr. to $85.56/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
Duties:
Halftone to provide design support to the Spectrum systems design team to support the following activities: Rollout & Adoption Support for:
- Sticker Sheet
- Directory
- Refactored Components & Design Tokens
- Track & document adoption metrics across users
- Creation of rollout training materials
- Live education sessions with users to inform on usage guidelines for the above
- Hands-on troubleshooting with users as-needed
- Create & maintain a living document of updates, decisions, and rationales throughout rollout so teams can track changes and understand context
New Website Design - Phase 2:
- Define visual look & feel for new website experience
- Define core functionality & interactions for new website experience
- Validate feasibility with engineering through the creation of usable Figma prototypes
- Documentation & handoff to development
- Design & launch support through eng phases
Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Design Systems and fluent in Figma.
