Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated ICU nursing care for an assigned patient group, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Perform ongoing patient assessment, monitor vitals and hemodynamic status, administer medications, and manage therapies as directed.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Document accurately in the medical record; communicate changes in patient condition to the care team; ensure safe handoffs between shifts.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff on assigned shifts; provide supervision and guidance as needed.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality outcomes through adherence to policies and evidence-based practice.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work the 3x12-hour night shift and adapt to a high-acuity environment
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication for coordination with multiple disciplines
- Commitment to patient-centered care and documentation accuracy
