Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans, adapting therapeutic modalities based on the specific needs of each client.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities suited to clients' presenting issues.

Your caseload will consist of a diverse array of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Hold a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
