Handyman / Maintenance Technician
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
A private country club in Santa Monica is seeking a dependable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
- Complete preventive maintenance and respond to work orders.
- Assist with painting, patching, and basic carpentry.
Qualifications:
- Experience in general maintenance.
- Basic knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
- Basic construction or carpentry
- Painting and patchwork
- General building maintenance
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
