Senior Consultant

To develop integrated solutions in human services domains, the full-time Senior Consultant will leverage Curam Business Application Suite (CBAS) to define requirements, lead Fit/Gap analysis sessions, and act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, with the option for up to 100% telecommuting. Key responsibilities Develop and define requirements through client interviews and workshops, utilizing Curam CBAS Lead Fit/Gap analysis sessions and design functional specifications to align business needs with platform functionality Plan and execute system testing activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and configuration accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or related field Two (2) years of experience as a Curam Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or related role Experience with Curam Social Program Management (Curam SPM) and Application Lifecycle Management (AML) tools (RM and JIRA) Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), ServiceNow, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Knowledge of Requirements Elicitation and Analysis Techniques (RET)
