Candidates must have true experience working as an Architect, Experience with SAP S4 Hana and FICO. Candidates must have Retail experience and GL, AR, AP, FA experience

SAP Finance Solution Architect

Job Summary

We're looking for a senior SAP Finance Solution Architect to design and guide end-to-end SAP solutions across business and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have 10 15+ years of SAP experience, multiple SAP implementations, strong S/4HANA or ECC expertise, and a deep understanding of SAP Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and guide end-to-end SAP solution architecture across business processes, applications, and integrations.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

• Evaluate existing SAP environments and identify opportunities for modernization and improvement.

• Lead or support Greenfield and Brownfield SAP implementations.

• Provide architecture guidance across SAP Finance, including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Project Systems.

• Develop and refine solution specifications and provide technical guidance to delivery teams.

• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure solutions work across the broader enterprise landscape.

• Conduct research and evaluate potential SAP solutions where needed.

• Clearly communicate architecture decisions, recommendations, and technical concepts to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 10 15+ years of SAP experience, with strong solution architecture experience.

2. Multiple SAP implementation projects.

3. Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.

4. Hands-on experience with Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.

5. Strong SAP Finance knowledge across GL, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets; Project Systems is a plus.

6. Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP architecture and integrations.

7. Ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions rather than working within a single SAP module.

8. Strong documentation, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

9. Ability to guide technical teams and support solution design decisions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior SAP professional who has moved beyond individual module expertise into end-to-end solution architecture. They should be comfortable working with business leaders, understanding the current landscape, designing future-state solutions, and guiding teams through complex SAP implementations.

Retail industry experience is a strong plus.
