Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and personal goals.

• Develop and implement customized therapeutic strategies tailored to the unique requirements of each client, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe and engaging environment for discussion and introspection.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records compliant with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a rewarding salary, benefits include dental, vision, and health insurance, as well as malpractice insurance, ensuring you have a comprehensive safety net while you focus on client care.
