Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, effectively addressing relationship dynamics and family systems.

• Diagnosing and treating a variety of emotional and psychological issues, including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Collaborating closely with families experiencing conflicts, blended family adjustments, and transitions related to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques to facilitate meaningful patient progress and behavioral change.

• Documenting treatment plans, patient progress, and therapy outcomes thoroughly in accordance with state guidelines and best practices.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to remain up-to-date with current therapy methodologies and advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and children, all with unique mental health needs. Special emphasis will be placed on family systems and relational dynamics, ensuring that therapy is customized to meet the specific challenges faced by each patient and their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current, active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
