What You'll Do:

• Join a well-established, multi-specialty clinic on the hospital campus
• Collaborate with fellow orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers
• Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient orthopedic care
• Conduct patient consultations, surgeries, follow-up visits, and procedures
• Participate in flexible call and weekend coverage
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination
• Work with a dedicated CRNA team and on-site specialty support
• Involve in teaching, mentoring, and collaborating with advanced practice providers
• Manage patient care within a high HPSA score location, eligible for J1 visa sponsorship
• Operate in a modern hospital environment with advanced ORs and specialty services
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital policies

What You Need:

• Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Prior surgical experience preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to handle inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital-based practice
• Ability to participate in teaching or mentoring
