Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecologic surgeries
• Conduct hospital rounds and coordinate patient care coverage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists and advanced practice providers
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted systems
• Participate in shared call schedule for after-hours support
• Document all patient interactions accurately in line with hospital policies
• Mentor and lead support staff and providers
• Engage in continual professional development and quality improvement initiatives
• Support community health efforts within the rural hospital environment

What You Need

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board-Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Missouri medical license or eligible for licensure
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Experience is preferred but not required for recent graduates
