Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active New Mexico SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing SLP services in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow (MBS) collaboration. Proficiency with electronic medical records commonly used in skilled nursing facilities. Prior travel or contract SLP experience preferred. Assignment Details Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Shift Hours: 0800-1630. Meal break: 30 minutes. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed. You will assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document progress to support patient outcomes and discharge planning.
