Executive Coordinator to the CIO

About Your Role This is a high‑stakes Executive Support role at the epicenter of the firm. You serve as the physical and operational extension of the CIO, ensuring his day‑to‑day life is frictionless. The role offers direct access to the Alpha Engine and broader company operations. Responsibilities Operational Readiness: Own the physical environment, including conference room setup and post‑meeting cleanup. Run Daily Scheduling Machines: Manage the run‑of‑show, coordinating drivers, badge access, and daily operations to enable a seamless transition into the workday. Logistical Command: Execute high‑frequency tactical needs such as food deliveries, booking conference rooms, creating Zoom links, and coordinating wardrobe requirements. Meticulous Document Control: Manage a high volume of printing and document prep, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Home Team Liaison: Bridge the CIO’s office and home team, orchestrating drivers, returning printed materials, and syncing personal plans with work needs. Administration & Events: Handle expense reporting, manage travel and visas, and assist in planning community events such as book clubs and speaker series. Chief of Staff Partnership: Partner closely with the Chief of Staff, providing coverage when they are out of office and learning to navigate tradeoffs and escalations. Core Attributes Extreme Reliability: Deliver flawless execution of a day’s schedule and roll up your sleeves for any task. High Professionalism & Discretion: Handle highly sensitive information with emotional intelligence and remain calm under pressure. Unshakeable Grit: Stay level‑headed amidst rapidly evolving situations and persistent ambiguity. Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of relevant experience.
