Job Description The Ric Cave Allstate Agency is seeking a motivated, results-driven Licensed Sales Producer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people protect what matters most, and earning an excellent income through sales. As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will proactively contact current and prospective customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend the right coverage solutions. Your primary focus will be selling personal lines insurance, with an emphasis on auto insurance, while also identifying opportunities for homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other insurance products. Contact existing clients to review their current insurance coverage and identify opportunities to improve protection. Generate new business by building relationships and developing referral opportunities. Quote and sell primarily auto insurance, while cross-selling homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other insurance products. Follow up on internet leads, inbound inquiries, and quote requests. Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed insurance decisions. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the agency CRM. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Previous insurance sales experience preferred Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and manage follow-up activities effectively Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning agency software Positive attitude with a strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr The Juris Agency
