Job Title: Neuro Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Valid State License required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience in Telemetry nursing - Ability to interpret dysrhythmias - Management of dysrhythmias - Experience with Rapid Response and Code teams - Peripheral Line Care and Management - Non-invasive airway management - Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE - Experience in neuro stepdown and telemetry monitoring Description: We are seeking a Neuro Tele Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires floating between units as needed. Weekends will be required, with six weekend shifts per six-week schedule period. The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4. Candidates must have experience with charting systems. Candidates with previous experience in Level II trauma facilities are preferred. The environment is fast-paced and requires strong teamwork. Mentorship is available for new caregivers to ensure a positive onboarding experience. The unit focuses on comprehensive care for patients with neurological conditions. Interdisciplinary support includes various therapy services and rapid response teams. We prioritize patient and family engagement for optimal health outcomes. Candidates must commit to working three of the five major holidays. References from previous employers are required for compliance.
