Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to devise tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Implement hands-on manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
• Instruct patients on effective strengthening and mobility exercises, ensuring they have the knowledge to continue their recovery independently.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, assessing outcomes, and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize results.
• Document care provided in compliance with clinic policies and maintain accurate electronic medical records using our preferred EMR system, WebPT.
• Engage with patients about their treatment goals and empower them through education on injury prevention and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Restore and Rise Rehabilitation Center, you will primarily work with a diverse adult patient population recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is highly advantageous.
