Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical limitations and create customized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Implement and document therapy interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to maximize recovery.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, for documentation and progress tracking to enhance communication within the care team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, to coordinate interdisciplinary care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT.

• Ability to mentor junior staff or support students in their clinical rotations can be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
