Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical health, including orthopedic assessments, to develop robust treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and programs aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, and functional independence.
• Implement and facilitate manual therapy techniques to manage pain and improve joint mobility effectively.
• Regularly reassess patient progress through well-defined metrics and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive clinical documentation utilizing our advanced electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic predominantly serves patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse demographic, including athletes, active adults, and seniors, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Building rapport and establishing therapeutic alliances with patients will be integral to your daily practice.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with no disciplinary issues.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating significant involvement in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with a knowledge base that reflects current best practices in the field.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT, to facilitate efficient and accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly beneficial.
• Continuing education in specialized manual therapy or related certifications will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
