Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including hands-on manual therapy, specialized exercise programs, and functional training strategies to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring accurate and timely updates to treatment plans.
• Educate patients about injury prevention strategies, proper movement mechanics, and home exercise routines to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to strategize and implement effective treatment approaches that focus on optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy methodologies through continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative interventions, and chronic orthopedic conditions. You will work with various age groups and physical abilities, adapting treatment methodologies to meet diverse patient needs. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
