HR Generalist – Manufacturing Facilities (Dixon, CA & Stockton, CA) Responsible for developing and managing Human Resources activities to support a high-performance organization at the manufacturing facilities within the Americas Supply Chain Unit. Functions include talent management, training & development, employee relations, labor relations, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, change management, staffing, legal compliance, employee safety and wellness, communications, and administering compensation and benefits programs. The position requires a competent, experienced, self‑motivated individual with excellent time‑management skills. What You Will Do Lead and assist HR activities for the Dixon and Stockton plants such as priority and objective setting, diversity initiatives, regulatory compliance, and achievement of key HR objectives & metrics. Provide generalist support to approximately a 380‑person client base on performance management, recruiting, employee relations, labor relations, coaching, and mentoring. Lead employee investigations, progressive discipline, and coaching on plant policy application. Review and approve employee disciplinary actions such as written reprimands, suspensions, or terminations. Monitor labor agreement adherence, mediate employer and employee discussions, and coordinate grievance hearings. Manage compliance programs including developing and executing affirmative action plans. Analyze organizational needs and develop organizational design and development initiatives. Facilitate classes and seminars on diversity, orientation, safety, benefits, coaching, etc. Coordinate recruiting and staffing efforts, source candidates, conduct interviews, and create offers. Develop skillsets and career growth for administrative assistants. Other duties include employee activities, recognition programs, plant communications, and safety initiatives. Develop strategies, standards, and tools for best‑in‑class HR solutions. Manage multiple projects, prioritize, and align initiatives with company goals. Advise and facilitate plant culture development toward high performance. Apply change‑management principles during HR program roll‑outs. Support injury‑free work environment initiatives. Support benefit problem resolution with associates. Assist in designing individual development plans. Who You Will Work With Collaborate cross‑functionally within the plant and with the broader Campbell’s organization. What You Bring To The Table (Must Have) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing or supply chain, or supervisory experience with employee relations. It Would Be Great If You Have (Nice To Have) PHR or SPHR certification. Master’s degree or MBA in human resources. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous labor relations experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to navigate conflicting goals and priorities. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficient Microsoft Office, and prior experience with Workday, Kronos. Leadership skills. Compensation and Benefits Target base salary range: $67,700 – $97,300. Large award package includes health, dental, 401(k), wellness benefits beginning on the first day.
