Member Service Representative
$17.5 per hourMEMBERS1ST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION
Duties Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Identify member needs for appropriate products and services Assist with member inquiries, account updates, and membership sign-ups Minimizes fraud by thorough examination of documentation Assists with mail, night drop, and phone transactions Alerts loan officers to loan payoffs Handle cash management and cashiering duties Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry Perform basic retail math calculations Experience Previous experience in a customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous cash-handling experience with ability to handle transactions accurately At our company, we value our members and provide exceptional service.
