Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while employing cutting-edge telehealth technologies. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a consistent schedule as you deliver vital support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and a therapeutic environment.

• Facilitate support groups for clients needing shared experiences, promoting community and understanding.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborations with clients that outline therapeutic goals and techniques tailored to their unique situations.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
