Primary Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and assist with invoice management
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting activities
• Prepare invoices, statements, and related documentation
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
• Assist with answering and directing phone calls

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP, payroll support, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with accounting software preferred
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative work style
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced office environment
