Who we are looking for / Requirements: We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, applicants, and visitors. Key components we are looking for: 1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with a diverse population. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment. Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Greet and assist students, professors, employees, and visitors in person. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Manage a busy front desk with high foot traffic. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR office. Respond to inquiries and route visitors to the appropriate department. Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
