Responsibilities The Solution Engineer 1 will support Barrow Wise's NYC Department of Social Services project and perform the following duties: Create and Develop Web Application specifications Development and Delivery of web forms in ASP.NET, including C#, SQL Server, AngularJS, and Node.js Develop specifications for full-stack apps, including Web servers, relational databases, and client-side servers Design pattern specifications using object-oriented analysis/design Develop application strategy and approach by ensuring compatibility with all business units Perform a detailed analysis of the application as well as the required application dispositions Execution of the design of the application according to the application-specific end-state goals and requirements Perform Testing/Evaluation Perform unit testing of programs and systems Perform Code Review Monitor and implement information technology quality assurance standards Provide Architectural design specifications Provide architecture direction/solutions for business and technical designs for large complex applications using Enterprise Java technology Customize the Cúram Framework to meet project functional and business requirements Provide architectural design and development estimates utilizing Object-oriented Design Patterns and enforcing architectural standards and best practices Develop system architecture using component diagrams, development, and runtime hardware and software configurations Work on-site in NYC Ideal Candidate U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 6 Years of experience with Asp.net, C#, Angular JS, Bootstrap, SQL Server 2012 6 Years of experience with Mongo DB, Web APIs, and RESTful web/cloud services 6 Years of experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Pivotal Products 6 Years of experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), and Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT) 6 Years of experience in real-world delivery Join the team at Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC, for a fulfilling and engaging experience!
