Business Development Manager Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 21.63 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to expand client base.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial lead generation and prospecting to successful deal closure.
- Conduct engaging and effective customer meetings, understanding client needs and presenting tailored logistics solutions.
- Develop and prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
Business Development Manager Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build a robust pipeline
- Comprehensive understanding of logistics services, including warehousing, transportation, and value-added solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
