What You'll Do:

  • Provide post-anesthesia recovery care for adult patients in the PACU
  • Monitor vital signs and patient status closely to prevent complications
  • Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
  • Document patient care accurately and timely
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures
  • Support a team-oriented environment in a fast-paced setting

What You Need:

  • Valid RN license in Louisiana or state of residence
  • Minimum of 2 years of PACU or related perioperative nursing experience
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic situations
