Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging with a fulfilling school-based clientele. As part of our support-oriented team, you will be provided with the tools necessary to thrive in delivering remote therapy sessions. You will be able to adapt your schedule within the core operating hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a work-life balance tailored to your needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' mental health needs to develop tailored care plans.

• Provide behavioral health services to students, either remotely or in-person, through telehealth platforms.

• Document client interactions and progress meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management systems.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.

• Stay informed of and comply with all legal and ethical guidelines related to clinical practice and student welfare.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities and training provided by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents, addressing various mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. The role demands sensitivity to the unique stresses that students face, particularly in the context of education. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or an equivalent credential.

• Familiarity with DSM V diagnostic criteria, enabling precise clinical evaluations.

Preferred Experience\n
