Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.ResponsibilitiesLay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, tape measure, level, jack stands, plasma cutter, oxy/acetylene torch, chalk line, and other hand tools as requiredExamine workpieces for defects and measure workpieces with straightedges and/or tape measure to ensure conformance with specificationsPrepare all material surfaces to be weldedRecognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as wire feed welder using GMAW and FCAW processesWeld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positionsClamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind, or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for weldingFollows all safety policies and proceduresConsistently clocks into production jobs and maintains production averages at or above the expected standardsCoordinates and communicates effectively with all departmentsAble to consistently maintain production averages at or above the expected standardsOther duties as assignedSalary$26-$28 per hour, DOEBenefits401(k) matchingHealth insuranceHealth Savings AccountVision insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceShort Term/Long Term DisabilityPaid time offParental leaveReferral programEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee-Owned CompanyScheduleMonday – FridayDay shiftLocation5215 Arkansas Road Catoosa, OklahomaOn SiteGymBarberMarketQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty or responsibility satisfactorily.
