Senior Oncology Account Manager, Chicago North

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager for the Chicago North territory to promote its oncology product portfolio and build relationships with healthcare providers and medical centers. The role combines clinical expertise with business acumen to drive territory performance and ensure patient access to the company's RAS-targeted therapies.

Responsibilities

• Promote Revolution Medicines' product portfolio to private practices, hospitals, and academic medical centers in assigned territory
• Exceed assigned sales performance goals by positioning product benefits for appropriate patient populations
• Build and maintain deep relationships with key customers and stakeholders including oncologists and office staff
• Collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers to care and ensure patient access to products
• Analyze market data and translate insights into effective business plans and sales activities

Requirements

• Proven oncology pharmaceutical sales experience with demonstrated territory management success
• Deep understanding of oncology disease states, competitive landscape, and oral oncolytic products
• Knowledge of reimbursement processes and patient access pathways for oral cancer medications
• Strong ability to develop and execute business plans using market data and account insights
• Excellent communication skills for both virtual and in-person customer engagement
• Proficiency in sales analytics and call optimization to maximize territory performance
