Senior Oncology Account Manager, Boston North

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote its RAS-targeted oncology product portfolio across the Boston North territory. The role combines clinical expertise with business acumen to drive product adoption, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure patient access to approved therapies.

Responsibilities

• Promote Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio within assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with oncology practices, hospitals, and healthcare systems
• Develop territory business plans and optimize call strategy based on market data
• Partner with internal teams to remove barriers and improve patient access
• Represent company brands professionally, compliantly, and ethically

Requirements

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience in oncology
• Strong understanding of disease states and competitive oncology landscape
• Knowledge of oral oncology reimbursement and patient access pathways
• Demonstrated territory management and sales performance track record
• Ability to engage customers through virtual and in-person channels
• Excellent clinical and business communication skills
