Senior Oncology Account Manager, Jersey North

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote its RAS-targeted oncology portfolio across a designated territory in New Jersey North. The role involves building relationships with oncology practices and medical centers, driving product adoption, and ensuring patient access to company medicines.

Responsibilities

• Promote Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio and exceed assigned territory performance goals
• Develop and execute business plans targeting key decision-makers in private practices, hospitals, and medical centers
• Analyze market data and implement call optimization strategies to drive brand value and patient access
• Build and maintain deep customer relationships while identifying barriers to care and developing solutions
• Manage territory resources and budget while demonstrating effective time allocation and ROI

Requirements

• Proven oncology sales experience with demonstrated territory management success
• Deep knowledge of oncology disease states and oral oncolytic reimbursement pathways
• Strong ability to build and sustain relationships with medical practices and healthcare systems
• Competency in analyzing market data and translating insights into business strategy
• Proficiency in both virtual and in-person customer engagement
• Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and ethical pharmaceutical promotion
• Superior selling and communication skills across digital and live channels
