Senior Oncology Account Manager, San Antonio

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager for the San Antonio territory to promote its RAS-targeted oncology portfolio. The role combines clinical and business leadership, building relationships with oncology practices and medical centers while driving market performance and patient access.

Responsibilities

Promote Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio within assigned territory
Build and maintain professional relationships with private practices, hospitals, and medical centers
Achieve assigned performance goals by positioning product benefits for appropriate patients
Analyze market data and implement business strategies through targeted engagements
Partner with internal stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure patient access to products

Requirements

Demonstrated oncology sales experience or equivalent commercial background
Strong understanding of oncology disease states and reimbursement pathways
Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans
Effective time management and territory resource management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
Knowledge of oral oncolytics market and competitor landscape
