Senior Oncology Account Manager, Jersey South

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote its oncology product portfolio across private practices, hospital systems, and medical groups in Jersey South. The role combines clinical expertise with business acumen, reporting to the Area Business Director and focusing on territory performance, customer relationships, and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Promote Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio to assigned territory accounts
• Exceed territory performance goals by positioning product benefits for appropriate patients
• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, practice groups, hospitals, and ancillary staff
• Partner internally to remove barriers to care and ensure timely patient access to products
• Analyze market data and develop business plans using call optimization and resource allocation

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in oncology pharmaceutical sales or account management
• Deep knowledge of reimbursement pathways and oral oncolytics fulfillment processes
• Strong understanding of oncology disease states and competitive treatment landscapes
• Proven territory management and sales competencies with track record of exceeding goals
• Ability to build and sustain relationships across diverse customer segments
• Proficiency in virtual and in-person engagement and market data analysis
