Senior Oncology Account Manager, Boston South

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager for the Boston South territory to promote its oncology product portfolio and build relationships with healthcare providers and institutions. Responsibilities
- Promote Revolution Medicines' oncology product portfolio within assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with oncology practices, hospitals, and medical centers
- Exceed assigned performance goals by positioning product benefits for appropriate patients
- Partner with internal teams to address care barriers and improve patient access
- Analyze market data and implement targeted engagement strategies with key accounts
Requirements
- Proven oncology sales experience with demonstrated territory management success
- Strong understanding of disease states, reimbursement processes, and oral oncolytics
- Ability to develop and execute effective business plans using market data insights
- Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Knowledge of RAS-addicted cancers and competitive oncology landscape
- Flexibility to engage both virtually and in-person with diverse customer types
