Job Title: Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern at Boldt, you will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and strengthen engagement with employees, clients, and industry partners. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you will help develop compelling content and campaigns, support graphic design projects across digital and print platforms, and contribute to brand storytelling and internal communications efforts. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate on strategic marketing initiatives, bring creative ideas to life, and gain valuable exposure to the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $23 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program. Preferred majors/concentrations in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred.
• Passion and desire to work in the construction industry
• Strong communication skills, including a willingness and comfortability to create and maintain relationships by means of cold and warm phone calls.
• Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development
• Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred. Passion and desire to work in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

Nice to Have

• Prior work experience, internship preferred but not required.

Preference may be given to candidates who have engaged with Boldt through career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations, or other campus recruiting activities.
