AVP of Development (Hospitality/Real Estate) Job ID: 6869950 Location: Aventura, FL, US Date Posted: 07-29-2026 Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President of Development to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex development projects across a luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use portfolio. Core responsibilities include: Building project budgets and cash flows, day-to-day project management, external and internal reporting Responsible for meetings with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders Project Management, Financial Management, Design & Construction Coordination, Stakeholder Communication Requirements: 5-9 years of real estate development background. You will support projects throughout the full lifecycle — from due diligence and entitlements through design, construction, and closeout — and must be able to project manage at a very high level, keeping multiple workstreams, consultants, and deadlines moving simultaneously. Ideal candidate will complement their development expertise with a background in architecture, construction, and/or business. Asset classes covered will span hospitality, condominium, resort, golf, marina, and F&B/retail developments Hands-on experience building project budgets, proformas, and cash flow projections; strong financial acumen and proficiency in Excel Proven ability to project manage at a very high level — coordinating multiple projects, consultants, and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality or detail Familiarity with South Florida municipal approval and entitlement processes preferred A bit about us: Premier full-service Real Estate & Hospitality group that prizes themselves on being master builders and inventors in the space.
