Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Savas Health, you will engage in a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' needs, abilities, and behaviors through interviews, direct observation, and standardized assessment tools.

• Integrating psychosocial, medical, and therapeutic data to develop individualized treatment plans targeted at achieving short-term and long-term mental health goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that encourage patients to explore their feelings and behaviors, and utilizing evidence-based modalities to address a diverse range of mental health challenges.

• Monitoring treatment programs that cater to patients managing acute and chronic pain, offering interventions such as psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention.

• Keeping accurate and timely records of clinical services provided, ensuring that documentation includes initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and compliance with all legal and professional requirements.

• Providing consultation and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to identify and address psychosocial challenges faced by patients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in California is required.

• At least three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.
