Work Environment\n

This position is remote, leveraging the convenience of telehealth technology to reach our client population efficiently. We operate seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, providing flexibility in scheduling to cater to our clients' needs. Our supportive administrative staff coordinates all aspects of client service, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical care without the burden of logistical challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' histories and tailor appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote trauma recovery and resilience.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to guide clients through their trauma processing journey, while promoting effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping resources, empowering them in their healing process.
\n
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical requirements, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated experience treating trauma-related disorders, ideally with knowledge of trauma-informed modalities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on compassionate engagement with clients.

• An ability to remain calm and collected during high-pressure situations, providing steady support to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
