Urology Gynecology Sales Manager - Knoxville, TN

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Manager in Knoxville, Tennessee to lead specialty-focused adoption of da Vinci Surgical Systems. The role combines strategic sales development, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive procedure growth across urology and gynecology specialties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute specialty sales strategy for urology and gynecology to exceed performance targets
- Build, lead, and manage high-performing sales team focused on surgeon adoption and system utilization
- Collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers on coordinated market strategies and account planning
- Cultivate training pipeline of new urology and gynecology surgeons and expand user base
- Analyze specialty performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales team management
- In-depth knowledge of operating room environment and capital equipment sales processes
- Demonstrated experience managing and directing a sales team
- Proficiency with multiple technology platforms and da Vinci product portfolio
- Strong relationship-building and account planning capabilities
- Data-driven analytical skills and compliance knowledge
