Regent at Burnsville , a Cassia community, is hiring a  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  to join our team in  Burnsville, MN!As an  LPN at  Regent at Burnsville , you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Wage Range: $30.00 - $32.00 / hour depending on experience

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position

Available Shifts (including every third weekend):
Evenings 2:30 PM - 10:45 PM Location: 14500 Regent Lane, Burnsville, MN 55306

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications:

• MUST have 1 year of Assisted Living experience as a Nurse.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
