Accounts Payable Clerk

Kahala Nui, considered Hawaii's premier Senior Living Community, is looking for a Full-Time Account Payable Clerk to join our team! POSITIONS SUMMARY The Accounts Payable Clerk performs a variety of accounting and clerical duties to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of accounts payable transactions. This position supports the overall financial operations of Kahala Nui by maintaining organized records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent service to internal departments, vendors, and residents. Equivalent experience or education may be substituted at the hiring manager's discretion for educational or work experience requirements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PDF, Teams, and Outlook. Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations. PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree in accounting is preferred. Notary Public commission preferred; ability to obtain within 6 months of employment is desirable.
