Asistente Legal - Lesiones Personales

Estamos buscando un/a Asistente Legal profesional con dominio del español y altamente motivado/a para unirse al equipo de Lesiones Personales . En este puesto, brindará asistencia a los abogados y asistentes legales (paralegals) para garantizar que puedan desempeñar sus funciones de manera eficiente. Se comunicará con hospitales, consultorios médicos, compañías de seguros, talleres de reparación de vehículos, compañías de alquiler de automóviles, departamentos de policía y clientes para recopilar documentación y materiales relacionados con los casos, así como para colaborar en la investigación, redacción y organización de documentos. El/la candidato/a ideal debe ser una persona trabajadora, responsable y orientada a los detalles . Requisitos Dominio profesional del idioma español y ingles Responsabilidades Administrar y coordinar los calendarios de los abogados y asistentes legales. Comunicarse con clientes y testigos. Preparar documentos específicos de cada caso, incluyendo memorandos y escritos legales. Asegurarse de que los documentos relacionados con los casos estén bien organizados y disponibles para su revisión. Ingresar y registrar en Clio información importante correspondiente a cada caso. Mantener y actualizar la documentación. Brindar apoyo administrativo general. Contestar llamadas telefónicas y ayudar con las consultas. Calificaciones Se requiere un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia previa como Asistente Legal en el área de Lesiones Personales . Se prefiere contar con una certificación o diploma como Asistente Legal o Paralegal. Familiaridad con procedimientos legales, terminología jurídica y el sistema judicial. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Persona altamente organizada, con experiencia en manejo y organización de documentos. Excelentes habilidades de investigación. Comodidad y experiencia utilizando el software de gestión de casos Clio . Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar eficazmente bajo presión.
