Remote Renewal Specialist

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Operations Support Specialist: Level 2 to join an education technology & publishing company in OHIO, OH. This is a 7-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Description:

• The Renewal Specialist is a critical member of our sales organization, responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality renewal experience for a portfolio of global customers.
• This role combines strong relationship management skills and keen attention to detail to drive retention and ensure the long-term health of the business across an assigned territory.
• Renewal Specialist will need to work regular hours in a functioning home office with reliable high speed internet access.
• Familiarity with SmartSheet is a plus, fluency with Excel is acceptable.

Communication and Teamwork

• Interact with customers at key points in renewal process: contracting, pricing approval, purchase order creation, invoicing and during the subscription term as needed
• Proactively spot risks and work with account managers to mitigate and build solutions
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, including sales operations

Learning and Tools

• Move all renewals to a successful close using tools including Excel and SmartSheet
• Be open to change and learning as our digital subscription business and processes evolve
• Have ownership of all renewals in territory, using data to take action as needed.

DIGITAL SKILLS/CAPABILITIES

• Digital fluency with Excel, Smartsheet or similar

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a role managing quantitative information
• 2+ years' experience in sales support, renewals, customer success or sales
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and internal teams
