Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for working in a dynamic warehouse setting, where tasks involve lifting items weighing up to 20-30 lbs intermittently. Initially, training will be conducted on the first shift for 1-2 months, followed by cross-training across various job sites before transitioning to the second shift.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Lift and handle items weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Participate in training on first shift, followed by cross-training.
• Transition to second shift post-training.

• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or production environments.

• Ability to adapt to various job sites and shift timings.
• Familiarity with production line processes.

The work environment consists of 20-30 individuals per shift in a setting that is hot, loud, and fast-paced. Employees must be prepared for heavy lifting up to 30 lbs. Training occurs from 7 AM to 4 PM, with shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM (including a $1/hr shift differential) once transitioned to the second shift, and from 12 AM to 8 AM with the same differential. The workweek extends Monday through Friday, with frequent Saturday shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Irving,TX.
