Customer Success Coordinator

Guiding financial advisors through the website build process, the full-time remote Customer Success Coordinator will manage client communication, project pacing, and configuration tasks using FMG's proprietary CMS while leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead professional communication with advisor clients via phone, email, and video to collaborate on website development Utilize AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and FMG Assistant to streamline client communication and project tracking Build and manage advisor websites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications Required Qualifications Real-world experience or related college degree required Two plus years of customer service or customer support experience Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, with comfort in production workflows Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
