Marketing Automation Manager

Driving pipeline growth through integrated marketing automation programs, the full-time remote Marketing Automation Manager will build and execute complex workflows, manage lead routing, and optimize campaign performance using various marketing technologies. Key responsibilities Build and execute multi-touch nurture programs and complex HubSpot workflows for lead management and campaign membership Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify automation improvements to enhance conversion rates and pipeline results Maintain integrations between marketing and sales tools while ensuring compliance with global email regulations Required qualifications 3-5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in marketing automation programs, specifically in HubSpot Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Practical experience leveraging AI tools for marketing automation tasks Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM/marketing automation integration Expertise in global compliance requirements and email deliverability best practices
