What You’ll Do As a Business Development Associate, you’ll work directly with clients in a high‑volume, customer service environment supporting ISN’s global contractor and supplier platform. Responsibilities Assist English‑and‑French‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email Handle inbound client inquiries and provide proactive customer support Troubleshoot platform, account, and compliance‑related issues Build trust and strong working relationships with clients Learn how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers Collaborate with internal teams on customer retention and engagement efforts Support sales and marketing initiatives as you develop within the role Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience Advanced fluency in English and French (written and verbal) required Desire to work in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12‑24 months Required to work in office at least 3 days a week Authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future Ideal Candidate Customer‑focused and comfortable in a high‑call‑volume environment Confident communicating with clients by phone and email A career aspiration to start in Customer Service and progress into B2B sales Strong retention skills and patience for difficult troubleshooting scenarios Training At ISN, we believe in investing in your success. That’s why we offer an 8‑week training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel in your role. You will learn from experienced trainers and mentors in the areas of soft skills development, customer service excellence and ISN products and services. Compensation Base pay $37.50 per hour, with opportunity to earn up to $11,000 annual target incentives. Total annual potential compensation up to $89,000. Employees consistently using their bilingual language skills as an essential part of their normal job duties will be eligible for a Multilingual Bonus up to 10% of their annual salary.
