Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own office or home while meeting the needs of our patients in a flexible manner. The practice operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient demand and evolving circumstances.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of patients, which can include individuals, couples, or families.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's unique situation and goals.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective treatment interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that address mental health topics and nurture community support among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating quick thinking and empathy.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can facilitate their recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with both legal and ethical standards, utilizing relevant electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively engage in case consultations, participate in team meetings, and seek professional development opportunities to remain current with advances in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
